Cardiff's Victorian indoor market is well worth a visit and offers a wide variety of goods from clothes to fresh fish, Welsh cheeses, fruit and veg and many other goods you would expect from a modern market. Another place to visit for locally grown food is the Riverside Real Food Market which takes place on the Taff Embankment, opposite the Millennium Stadium, every Sunday from 10am – 2pm.

A four-floor, red-brick building housing more than 50 stalls, Jacob's sells second-hand and antique furniture, vintage clothes, books, military memorabilia and bric-a-brac. Opens 10am - 5pm, Thursday to Saturday.
